Electronic Contact Us Form: When you contact us via our website, we will ask for your name and email address. By entering your details in the fields requested, you enable us to provide you with a response to your message. We will not subscribe you to our electronic newsletters unless you sign-up. We will not share this data with any third parties.

Booking: When you book a tour with Offbeat Horizons there is a certain amount of information we require to fulfil your tour. This can include but not limited to: full name, date of birth, home address, telephone number, travel insurance details, details of any medical condition, next of kin and their contact number, names of additional passengers and credit or debit card information.

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Offbeat Horizons with most of the data we collect through the channels described in the preceding section, ‘What data do we collect’.

How will we use your data?

We collect your data so that we can fulfil the service or services that you have requested. We will not share your data with partner companies so that they may offer you their products and services.

When we process your booking, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

We will share your personal data with our Ground Operators such as the Tour Leader and Independent Suppliers to the extent required to fulfil the service or services that you have requested.

We will also use your personal information but not limited to, handling complaints or analysing and improving our services such as feedback that you’ve provided in relation to our tour. We will share your email address with Trustpilot who collect reviews on our behalf, they will only email you once your tour is complete.

How do we store your data?

We will retain your personal data for 3 years after completion of your tour. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by.

Marketing

We would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like via our newsletter.
